We offer a complete HR support system for companies with 5 or more employees. The ESA Business Support Package is the most up to date available, and comes with a phone advice service and insurance against any employment claims made against you.
After assessment of your existing HR systems and requirements by one of our expert consultants, we will bring your system right up to speed. This may involve upgrades to your existing processes, or a complete new implementation.
Here’s what’s included in the package:
- Secure online Client Web Area - login to your private area of the esadvice website, where your HR systems may be accessed. We maintain your systems online so that you can be sure that they’re always up to date.
- E-mail notifications – you will be notified when we have upgraded any documents or when you need to take action.
- Employee Handbook - detailing your policies, procedures and rules for employees. We consider our policies to be the most up to date available.
- Employee Contracts – (Statements of Main Terms) customised for each employee type.
- Complete set of Forms - from Job Application to Exit Interview and everything between.
- Comprehensive set of Letters - for all eventualities e.g. disciplinary and grievance.
- Half-day face to face training in setting up and running the systems.
- ESA Advice Line - practical, day-to-day advice on any employment related topic.
- Employment Legal Fees Insurance - for your legal defence should, despite your and our best endeavours, an employee makes a claim against you. As ever, conditions apply, however we’ve negotiated some of the best terms available.
All this is available for a fixed charge based on your current wage roll, and payable either as a one-off annual sum, or as monthly instalments. Typical prices start from about £2 per employee per week.
