Our team of 4 project managers have over 50 years of experience between them in managing projects, and a minimum of 8 years each of successful training and consultancy in the field, across a wide range of industry sectors. All our project management consultants are PMP® (Project Management Professional certification of the PMI® - Project Management Institute) certified.
You won’t see us advertised in the general training press because most of our training is delivered on behalf of larger training companies. The companies for whom we deliver training directly therefore enjoy significant cost savings.

Standard Courses:
- Project Management 2-3 Days – Suitable for both those new to projects, and more experienced project staff who have not undergone formal training.
- Project Management for Non-Project Managers 1-2 Days – Suitable for all staff who have a supporting role in projects.
- Project Planning 2-3 Days – Suitable for staff carrying out detailed project planning. Includes use of planning software such as Microsoft Project.
- Contract Management for Project Managers 1-2 Days – Relevant to all projects using contracted services
- Risk Management for Project Managers 1-2 Days – Relevant to all projects
- Leadership for Project Managers 2-3 Days – Relevant to all those with a leadership role in projects.
