Our project management consultants come from a range of industries, including IT, pharmaceuticals, communications, construction and others. We offer support and consultancy across a wide range of requirements. This includes development and implementation of project management systems, audit of existing project management systems and practices, mentoring of project managers, project planning support, contract management support, facilitation of project activities.

- Jan – Dec 2009: Development of education pathway for project managers in a UK biotech company. Included training, development through PMP certification, monthly mentoring for less experienced managers.
- May 2009: Facilitation of project kickoff meeting for large railway project, and facilitation of initial planning workshops.
- October 2009: Facilitation of 3 day risk workshop for a joint venture who were bidding for a major new project in South Africa.
- September 2009 – May 2010: Development, implementation and training of new project risk management tool for international manufacturing company. Rolled out for 250 managers across 5 countries.
